Change Policy

Change in number

In case you want to make a change to a product that has size options e.g. in swimwear, products must be returned within 7 days of the date they were received by you. The returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, washed and have their tags, stickers and packaging, only then can an exchange be accepted. Once the change is approved, you can choose the same or another product in a different size. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be changed by contacting us on the day of collection. (Read below for change exceptions)

You were not satisfied with the product

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange for another product, the product(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt by you. The returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, washed and have their tags, stickers and packaging, only then can an exchange be accepted. Once the change is approved you can place a new order. (Read below for change exceptions)

DEFECTIVE product

In the event that you find a defect in a product purchased from our eshop within 7 days (from the date of receipt by you) due to a manufacturing error or material failure, we will replace the specific product immediately, as long as it is in stock. In case the product is not in stock, you can choose another of equal value or refund.

Product Change Instructions

Please inform us in time of the desire to change a product, you can by email at malpetiteboudoir@gmail.com or by phone at 2392403169. Your exchange must be made within 7 days of the date you received the product.

Fill out the Change Sheet you found in your order package and collect what was included
together with the product (labels, packaging, document). Send your change by ordinary ELTA post, shipping costs are yours, as a parcel (cost 2.60):

You can ship with any other courier company, but we do not cover the shipping costs in this case, you bear them.

Once we have received your package and approved your change, we will send you your new product(s) selection as you indicated on the Change Note and this shipping cost is covered by our company. In case your new order costs more than the previous one we will contact you to pay the difference.

Special Cases – Exceptions to Changes

  • We are not responsible if the product you want to exchange does not have the new number you want.
  • We do not issue refunds, you can choose anything else you like from our collection.
  • We do not cover courier costs for more than one change.
  • In swimwear, for hygiene reasons, the sticker and tag must not be removed.
  • There is no refund for products that are on sale, only replacement with other products from our collection.
  • In case your change is not accepted, we return the product to you exactly as you sent it to us.
  • In the case of a Gift, you can make a change within 15 days from the date written on the change card.
  • NO CHANGES ARE MADE IN BAZZAR PRODUCTS!!!
